Jeff Cadge [Producer/Director]
has over 25 years experience in video production and photography. Jeff’s experience in photography & video production runs the gamut including commercials, marketing, and fund raising videos. He’s worked with AD agencies, PR firms and directly with marketing teams for companies such as General Electric, Pfizer, AMG Funds, and Verizon.
Jeff also works with non-profit organizations that make a positive impact on our community.
He’s produced videos for Big Brother Big Sister of America, Boys & Girls Club, Donate Life, Habitat for Humanity, Hudson Link, “It Gets Better” project, Life Project Africa, Maryknoll Missions, Xaverian Missionaries, and The SPCA of Westchester.
Jeff’s still photography experience includes advertising and promotional photography for a range of clients. His still photography is represented worldwide by Getty Images.
His work has won Telly & Aster awards, awards from The New York Art Directors Club, Westchester Ad Club, Communication Arts Magazine, New Jersey Ad Club, Health Care Marketing Report, and The RX Club.
Jeff recently directed and photographed video projects for AMG Funds, Westchester Medical Center, and Concordia College. Jeff also serves as director of photography for visiting producers shooting in the NY area.
Shana Mchugh [Editor/Producer]
is a graduate of Southern Illinois University’s film production program. While attending SIU-C, she directed and edited a documentary that aired on PBS affiliate WSIU-TV. She has worked for Chicago based production company Freeman Pictures as an assistant editor, and in the news production department at WICS-TV, an NBC affiliate in Springfield, Illinois. Her diverse background allows her to take on multiple tasks such as producing, non-linear editing, motion graphics and digital retouching.
Alex Babich [Assistant Producer/Editor]
is a graduate of Nyack College where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Communication while producing and directing several short films. His films were included in the Rooftop Film Festival in Brooklyn, NY and at the Kids for Kids Festival in Naples, Italy. Prior experience includes working as an editor and graphic designer for WUPW a FOX affiliate in Toledo, OH and teaching a graphic design class for junior and senior high school students at FAITH Center for the Arts.
Lewis Stiefel [Editor/Producer]
is an award winning editor with over 20 years of experience. His acclaimed documentary, “Mission to Mississippi,” earned him “best social documentary” at the 2008 New York Independent International Film and Video Festival.
For 13 years his editing and camera work was seen on WCBS -TV, Channel 2 in New York. Working for the promotions department, Lewis was responsible for image spots, campaigns, topicals, and franchise promos. His work at WCBS garnered an Emmy and Promax award.
Rita Carty [Associate/Producer]
has worked at Cadge Productions for the past fifteen years. Depending on the project, Rita has worked as a casting director, production coordinator, and wardrobe stylist. She brings experience and dedication to each project.
Michelle Clarkin [Writer/Editor]
is a graduate of The University of London\’s MA Television Documentary program. In addition to her work with Cadge Productions, she has produced and edited an independent documentary which has been shown at various film festivals around the country.
